Scorbunny Cards started as a small, hands-on passion project: taking the Pokémon cards we love and turning them into full display pieces, one custom extension at a time. What began as a personal hobby has grown into a small independent shop serving collectors who want their favorite cards to feel like art, not just cardboard in a sleeve.

Every extension is individually designed around the card it's made for — matching colors, lighting, and mood so the printed background feels like a natural continuation of the artwork. Pieces are made to order in small batches, checked by hand, and packed carefully before they leave us.

We're a small operation, which means every order gets personal attention — but it also means production takes real time. Thank you for supporting an independent, collector-run shop.

When reaching out about an existing order, please include your order number (found in your confirmation email) so we can find your details quickly.

Because every extension is made to order, please allow a short production window before your order ships. Once your piece is ready, it's carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit and shipped with a tracked delivery service.

Production Time

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within a few business days of payment being confirmed. Larger or more detailed pieces (such as multi-card A4 extensions) may take a little longer — if there's any delay we'll let you know by email.

Shipping Time & Cost

A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier's own transit times, and a tracking number is provided once your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

At this time, we only ship to the following countries:

• Slovakia
• Czechia (Czech Republic)
• Romania
• Hungary

We're unable to accept or ship orders outside of these four countries at the moment. If your shipping address is outside this area, please don't place an order — we won't be able to fulfil it.

We want you to be happy with your extension. Because every piece is custom-made to your chosen card, frame color, case, and specifications, please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Custom / Personalized Orders

Under EU consumer protection law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). As every extension we make is produced specifically for your chosen card and options, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned simply for a change of mind once production has begun.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at scorbunnycards@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, free of charge.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your order as lost or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window, let us know and we'll investigate with the courier and find a fair resolution.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website and place an order, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Contact and order details you provide at checkout: full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any notes you leave us.
• Basic basket data (items and quantities) stored locally in your browser so your basket is remembered between visits.
• Any information you send us directly by email, such as when contacting us with a question.

How We Use It

• To process, produce, and ship your order.
• To communicate with you about your order, including payment and delivery updates.
• To respond to questions or requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent.

Third-Party Services

Order and checkout form submissions are securely processed through a third-party form delivery service, which transmits your order details to our email inbox. Payment is handled separately via direct bank transfer using the details we provide after your order is placed — we do not collect or store any card or banking credentials on this site.

Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order, handle any warranty or return requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at scorbunnycards@gmail.com.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All extensions are made to order based on the size, frame color, case type, and card you specify at checkout. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to differences in display calibration and printing.

Orders & Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include the item cost; shipping is calculated and shown separately at checkout. Orders are currently paid by direct bank transfer (IBAN) using the reference number provided after checkout. Production begins once payment has been confirmed.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through this site is an offer to purchase, which we may confirm or, in rare cases, decline or adjust (for example, if a requested option is unavailable) — in which case we'll contact you before proceeding.

Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimer

Scorbunny Cards is an independent, unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. All Pokémon names, images, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive, non-commercial fan purposes. We do not sell official Pokémon Trading Card Game products — we sell custom display accessories designed to complement cards you already own.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
